Smoky, savory, and just a little sweet, this one hits every note!
Featuring my house-made vegan smoked gouda, layered with homemade seitan deli slices, Honeycrisp apples, caramelized onions, creamy garlic aïoli, all pressed to perfection.
I’m really excited to branch off from just making cheese and expanding to be able to sell Panini‘s at markets. I hope you all enjoy it!
