Took my guy 7 years to to finally finish this - but the important thing is we finished it. I’m just happy that the design we came up with was timeless and it’s a piece I’m proud to have finished today 🦉 #maderich #artmaderich #backpiece #backtattoo #owltattoo #athena #greektattoo #blackandgreytattoo #customtattoo #freehand #bte #tbyi

Everything changed because of this place. The team had the opportunity to go back to where it all started and spend time pouring into the next generation of @wagner_football There’s something powerful about returning to the soil that once helped grow you… and giving something back to the ones coming after you. Full circle moment for all of us. 🤝🏾 #RunItBack #EachOneTeachOne #WagnerFootball #HYROX #TeamRunItBack

Rich Parker was only at Hargrave for six months. Six months to block out everything. Focus on one outcome. Change the trajectory of his life. He got his scholarship. He left. But what he took with him never left. 🎖️🏈 “You’ve seen those memes — dedicate the next six months to change your life.” For Rich Parker, that wasn’t a meme. That was real time. The power of focus and commitment. No escape. All or nothing. 🎙️: Rich Parker ( @maderich ) 📽️: Full Documentary in the Works. #HargraveFootball #HargraveMilitaryAcademy #RichParker #MindsetMatters #Discipline

In finding purpose.. Sports gave me discipline. Art gave me direction. Tattooing became the bridge between both. #tattooartist #findingpurpose #creativeentrepeneur

Not having the proper equipment to train for HYROX isn’t an excuse for not being able to train for HYROX Here are some substitutes for the Sled push that you can do with any standard gym equipment #hyroxtraining #hybridtraining #hyroxtips

So I fainted this past weekend... wild. Gone for about 30-40 seconds. Eye-opening is an understatement. Running. Lifting. Training. Tattooing. Studying. Building. I don’t think it happened because I’m doing too much. I think it happened because I haven’t been doing enough of the things that actually allow me to keep going. Fueling properly. Sleeping. Recovering. Taking time off without guilt. Too much of anything can become harmful, even the things that make us better. So as we get to it, let’s make sure we’re finding harmony in how we get to it. Sometimes the real work is in the rest. #worklifebalance #restandrecharge #takeabreath

Over the past few months, I stepped into something new and made it official - I became a personal trainer. It wasn’t exactly a blind leap. Fitness has always been part of my life, but this was the first time I aligned it with my work and offered it as a service. And honestly, it’s been fulfilling in a different way. Helping people move better, feel better, and show up for themselve. But what stands out most is the community being built around it. Not through nightlife, not through vices - just through health, discipline, and shared effort. I’ve always connected with people through tattooing. Those sessions have their own kind of therapy - real conversations, real moments. But now, being part of people’s fitness journeys brings that same energy into a different space. It feels like a continuation… full circle. To everyone who’s trusted me with their skin, and now their bodies - thank you. Cup full. #personaltrainer #fitneslifestyle #fitnesscommunity
