artist rant!!! I’ve had more of an urge lately to speak my thoughts here, and share more of who I am. I’ve been finding it harder to feel excited about posting work online with all of the ruckus on the internet of today, and every time I stray from my usual content I have this looming fear of digging myself deeper into a hole… and people caring less and less … hopefully anyone reading gets what I mean with this post. It’s nerve wracking to discuss things like this that are so unimportant in the grand scheme of things but i still feel that it’s a valuable conversation to have as we all become more and more disillusioned with the overwhelming nature of this app…
I haven’t talked super openly about these crowns in a while so I wanted to make a post explaining the full journey. I will leave this here for now …

Who remembers these 2 ?? The first pair are from around 3 years ago and the second ones around 4 years ago. Both are made from upcycled pairs of shoes and plenty of scrap material 👠 I remember when i first posted the green pair someone commented saying they were ugly and looked like underwear… and to that I say… what gorgeous underwear she must have!!!
