Hey guys! It's been a while I don't post here! Last week on the 14th of March, I had the pleasure of participating on a Game Jam 🎮 in the company I work for. We had to create an educational game in 2 days, and we came up with the game "Zweistein", where Einstein would be brought back to life in a cyberpunk post apocalyptical world to save humanity from extinction. 🤖👨🔬🧪 Funnily enough we learned that 14th of March was Einstein's bday! 🎂 I really enjoyed the challenge of modelling such an important character in a very short period of time 😁
When I start modeling, I don't always have a 2D concept to base it on. Sometimes I don't even know exactly where I'm going to start, what is the approach I'm going to take, or even what the final result might look like. The process can get really messy, stressful, and gives me big headaches (like Psyduck), but more often than not I truly enjoy to just experiment and figure it all out along the way! Trying out the proportions, angles, scales, colors, details until I reach a final design that I like.
For this one, I just wanted to make my own version of one of my favourite Pokémon, with no idea of how it would turn out. I hope you liked it! 💛
Maybe next time I'll try drawing the 2D concept first... Any suggestions?
