Maddy Remedios @maddyreme works through energy , carried by movement, sound, and collective presence. Painting live removes the chance to overthink, as each mark is immediately witnessed. In the moment, she says “one must surrender the desire to control the outcome.” Music leads the process for her. A love for visual storytelling, with collaboration at the core of her practice.
Her work unfolds outdoors, where movement becomes a shared language and each gesture carries the imprint of the collective.
For REV, we welcome her to our Heal by Day by the ocean.
Here, she draws from rhythm, wind, salt, and light - guiding a dialogue between music, movement, and the natural world. Each piece emerges as a pulse of the group, shaped in real time by the energy of those present.
