Sad to announce the sudden passing of my little cat Jazzy last week. It’s still taking me some time to process the loss but I am getting there day by day. It’s very hard making this post but I know I must honour our short time together, Those close to me know how much I loved and adored her. I will miss her dearly. 💚 fly free my little angel cat 😢

Thankyou for the magic @rootboundfestival 👏 It was such a special treat to reconnect with my NQ fam. I really have missed you all 💚 Can’t thank all the crew enough for having me be a part of it. So many laughs, big hugs happy memories and new friendships made. Highly recommend this festival , the intentions and love put into it is undeniable. I must say it was super cool to finally check out the @liquid_mixes studio yesterday What an awesome space @dannybonnici has created and of course you really can’t go past that Dolby surround. Truly a unique experience hearing electronic music in 3d. Danny has designed some incredible tracks, and I was easily emersed into the landscape , superior listening and very inspiring. Im excited on the prospects of getting some of own music done in this format in the future. This release brings a special moment of reflection for me. And not just on musical side of things , but because there really is a deeper meaning behind this track. This was one of my last tracks I made before I moved from Cairns going on 5 years ago. It seems like a blink of an eye now. One of the toughest challenges, uprooting,resettling, reestablishing and leaving it all behind with just a couple backpacks, no real plan, just me and my music. There have been no moments of regret, as much as I miss the beautiful life I had in North Qld, the amazing friends and experiences I had there have forever helped shape who I am and my new life here in Melbourne. Ive slid right into the hustle and bustle of things here and I can easily say it’s been one of the most rewarding challenges I’ve ever undertaken. My heart feels like I’m where I’m suppose to be. Of course one of the major rewards has been getting to work so closely with people down here who have been a huge inspiration to me over the years One of those people is @kaseytaylor whose records I drew massive inspiration from listening to in my later high school days. Now a close friend and musical mentor. Funny how life works. Kasey really loved this track when he first heard it, and was itching to help get it out to the world. I think you’ve procrastinated on it long enough ey? He’d say every 6 months. Kasey helped kicked me in the butt and forwarded it in the right directions I feel so humbled and blessed to have it fall in the hands of Nick Warrens label @thesoundgarden , quite fitting as I consider myself a musical gardener. ✌️ This track holds a special place in my heart because whenever I needed realign my shit and remind myself of the path I’m on, I played this one. This release also features a remix from Kasey, where he excelled the particles even further to create a dance floor gem. Oh it’s getting very close now. I’m getting super excited to venture back to my homelands, the place where this musical story began. And very honoured to come play not one but two sets next weekend , It will be a special adventure , see you then amigos 💚🎶💚

I feel super blessed to have the opportunity to head over and share my music, how special it was to play at sunset, it was like a beautiful dream and a real treat! To all the WA Crew It was lovely to meet you all and thankyou for your warm hospitality, friendship and dancing along with us for the 3 hours marathon, it was so much fun! Special shoutout to Pauly , Ashley. Danny, Simon , It was a real pleasure to meet you guys! Thankyou for everything and making sure I felt right at home the whole time.
