hello u, reader of this post ♡
for a while now, I’ve been getting closer to something - and I’m finally ready to begin.
fully human, fully present, and ready to walk alongside others, I’m opening up a small, intimate group space where we’ll explore emotions, creativity, and self-expression through music, other creative tools, and simply being human together.
this isn’t about being good at music, or having anything figured out. It’s a space to meet yourself where you’re at - especially if you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or wanting to reconnect with your creative self - alongside others.
over the last 6 years, I’ve been walking through my own mental health journey, supported by multiple practitioners across different modalities, slowly finding my way back to myself. I’m creating a space whereby you can be wholly yourself, even if you’re still discovering who that is - and be held.
i’ve spent several years working professionally in the mental health space, both as an independent Disability Support Worker and as a Consumer Peer Support Worker, and have recently stepped away from that work to focus on this next chapter. Alongside that, I have a lifelong connection to music, including a Bachelor of Music and years of practice, and some study in Social Work, all of which inform how I hold space. I’ve seen how powerful it is to be witnessed in a safe, honest environment, and I intend to offer that here.
i am here as someone with an open heart and ear, who cares deeply about this work and wants to support and work with others in it.

I’ve been island girl-ing it this past month and it has been AMAZING. More on that soon. I am coming back to Melbourne next week and making my way down the coast to play a set (solo) supporting these angels on their tour alongside @violetbandd for their latest single ‘Can’t Stop Smiling’ at @medusabargeelong on July 25th. I’ve been growing, writing and working a lot behind the scenes, and am excited to share it with you soon. This crew’s music and craftspersonship never ceases to amaze me, and this is definitely one of my favourite songs of theirs for sure - it’s a special one.

‘A Lifetime’ has been out for two weeks today, and this idea of being an angel or cupid experiencing love and loss, and yearning for it so deeply themselves again was the concept for this shoot. She may be a token in the string of singles I am releasing this year in the lead up to something bigger.. but I’m not ready to talk about that yet, I’m moving one day at a time here. We may play characters all our lives and never know it if we never woke up to them, I did; Playing cupid was a placeholder that kept me safe from harm’s way, after all, whatever we do now, whether we like it or not, once protected us 🪽

Big heart and appreciation to the angels of @swimstate_ & @private.mountain who opened for the evening and kicked it off on a high.
This night was a milestone moment for me, I’ve watched some of my favourite musicians play that stage and I feel truly grateful to have gotten to share what I’ve been working on with my beautiful band, with you. To those who came and cried, hugged and laughed it out with me - thank u. X ♡
