Pining for a wander in nature ... so we kicked off wit foraging for mushrooms; Ellen for eating, me for shooting 😁
Gorgeous views amongst the trees, a small stumble into a blackberry bush, but I fine. Although I may have needed a bandaid ...
We went with a French theme for our last two meals in #Akaroa ... some hot chips on a baguette for dinner and a croissant for breakfast ... then headed to #BirdlingFlat and on to @willowbankwildlifereserve to check out some of New Zealand's native fauna - mostly the birds (no pics of kiwi birds because photography not allowed)
Exhausted but happy...
Last full day in Akaroa and I'm really not ready to leave just yet ... popped in to The Giant's House, Akaroa Heritage Park, and Hinewai Nature Reserve ... all stunning and I wanna go back to all of them ... after Imsoet through all the pics I took today... stay tuned
Another fab day in Akaroa, NZ ... hopped on a boat with @akaroadolphins who took us out to see some dolphins and seals and a petrel and an albatross and stunning views and oceans of a magnificent blue. Good times!
