Available in all cafes.
We asked our Head of Coffee Operations, Casey Routledge, what Elevated Series means to him and the team. Here’s what he had to say:
“The Elevated Series is our way of honoring the producer relationships both long-standing and new, that shape who we are. It’s an ongoing exploration of the most inspiring coffees we have the privilege to source.
Through each release, we aim to highlight the craftsmanship, beauty, and human touch behind every cup. Expect rare varieties, innovative processing, and thoughtful pairings.”

Now Roasting: Gitwe
Gitwe represents the work of 2,000 farmers who produce coffee next to the Heza Washing Station in the Kayanza Province of Northern Burundi.
What we have come to love about Burundi lots is their intense sweetness, delicate florality, and jammy body. Gitwe presents these qualities tenfold with notes of lemon meringue, red grape, and vanilla.
A softer expression of spring, best caught in the moment. Oolong layered with apricot and a playful sweetness, finished with something unexpected.
Juicy. Caramelized. Whimsical.
Spring Sprout, available iced, see you tomorrow

Now Roasting: Elefante
About a decade ago, mysterious coffee trees were discovered on the Rodriguez family farms. Genetic testing later revealed a rare combination of Ethiopian Landrace and Bourbon. Since then, these trees have been carefully propagated across their farms, known for producing notably larger cherries.
The result is a coffee of remarkable sweetness and layered complexity, with a vibrant tropical acidity and notes of Meyer lemon, cane sugar, and pomelo.
