Consider in your mind, that what we
Collectively call femininity
Is a socially constructed reality
Confined by culture
Historically devoid of subjectivity
If my way of being is defined by limited views
Of those like me who came before me
Then meaning presupposes my own experience
And if these structures
Fill the spaces I enter before I do
Then I must tear them down
Until the only layer left is my own experience
To surpass these sandcastles, & dance with my own subjectivity
-to free oneself
The first step must be
Rage.

Prepping for a huge shift and some upcoming travels, will be heavily slowing down on creating and more focused on experiences. Trying to find some slowness as I pack up all my belongings and move on to the next chapter. If I’ve been slow to respond to you I promise it’s not personal.
