This month we will not only celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, but look back at what we have done to get here, because here at MAC, pride is not a corporate marketing strategy.

Things to remember when going through your lip certification.
1. And most importantly, make sure to collaborate with your model to Give them the exact lip they are looking for
2. Asses shape
3. Pick your perfect tools
4. Sanitize
5. Get in there an go! Confidently lay your pencil down where you can rather than using the tip, use a brush to fully coat with lipstick, and perfect the desired finish!

Eyebrow Certification CHECK ☑️
Key things to remember:
1. Asses the eyebrows
2. Identify the style your customer is looking for
3. Pick products that make the most sense for your customers needs. Take into consideration skill level, time they are willing to take and overall style of the brow your going for.
4. Do your thing! Be an artist! Every brow is different and so your pairings will also look different depending on the person in front of you.
5. Don’t overwhelm the eyebrows! Start small and slowly build up.

False Lash application can be a little intimidating, but don’t take it too seriously! @robertmarrast & @peace_love_alicia share tips and tricks for a seamless false lash application.
REMEMBER
•Keep things clean, sanitary & safe
•Trim the lash to fit the eye shape (if necessary)
•Cover the lash band in Duo, but don’t overDUO it (dad joke, I had to ◡̈)
•Anchor the false lash in the center and then deal with the corners
•And if it doesn’t stick the first time, glue sticks to glue, so just try it again
