MACP is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Aman RA as a Director of the Company, effective 28 April 2026 following a casual vacancy on the Board.
This appointment has been made in accordance with MACP’s Articles of Association and the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2016 governing the filling of board vacancies.
Mr Aman RA will serve as Director until the next Annual General Meeting, where his appointment will be subject to the retirement and re-election process in accordance with the Articles of Association and the provisions of the Companies Act 2016.
We welcome Mr Aman RA and look forward to his contributions.
MACP mengucapkan tahniah kepada @myipo atas kejayaan penganjuran Hari Harta Intelek Negara 2026 yang telah dirasmikan oleh YB Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali, Menteri Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN) baru-baru ini dalam meningkatkan kesedaran awam mengenai kepentingan perlindungan harta intelek sebagai pemacu inovasi dan kreativiti.
Dalam pada itu MACP menyokong penuh aspirasi YB Menteri KPDN yang menekankan bahawa "Harta intelek bukan sekadar perlindungan undang-undang, malah merupakan pemacu ekonomi yang perlu dikomersialkan demi kemakmuran masa hadapan."
Melalui pelancaran MyIPO NextGen, MACP yakin usaha ini akan melonjakkan nilai karya seni pencipta muzik ke peringkat antarabangsa. MACP komited untuk memastikan setiap hasil kreativiti pencipta bukan sahaja dilindungi, malah diiktiraf sebagai aset ekonomi yang mampan.
