Last December, @nzalpineteam members Tanja and Maddy circumnavigated Aoraki/Mt Cook, moving from the Hooker Glacier over Harper and Clarke Saddles, and across the La Perouse, Linda and Tasman glaciers.
The route wasn’t the original plan, but as conditions shifted across the range, the trip evolved with them. The Southern Alps have a pretty good way of turning plan B into something just as memorable. #WeatherAnything

🏔️ The location? Aoraki / Mt. Cook, Mackenzie District. Deep south terrain that’ll push teams to their absolute limits. The 600km+ course route remains a secret until the event starts.

We’re proud to be back, supporting teams as they face one of the most iconic and rugged landscapes in the country. And of course, a new chapter means there’s more incredible stories on the way.
