O letramento em futuros é uma série de habilidades que podemos desenvolver para entender o passado, imaginar possíveis e desejáveis cenários e assim agir para transformar o presente. Com base nisso, a futurologista @lydiacaldana e a roteirista @maclapessoa , parceiras e amigas, se uniram para vislumbrar como poderá ser o futuro, quando a feminilidade for um traço valorizado no mercado de trabalho. 🎆 ᖴEᗰᗰETOᑭIᗩ 🎆 C𝕒𝕡í𝕥𝕦𝕝𝕠 𝟘𝟙: 𝔸𝕞𝕓𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕖 𝕕𝕖 𝕦𝕞𝕒 𝔼𝕞𝕡𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕒 No cenário imaginado, as mulheres herdarão dos homens um planeta em destruição, e terão de repensar a estrutura do mercado, para que os objetivos sejam a regeneração do meio ambiente e da saúde mental, além de apenas o lucro. Assim, a inteligência emocional será a maior métrica de sucesso. Monika Bielskyte afirma em seu manifesto Protopia Futures: “Para ser visionário de fato, é preciso enraizar nossa imaginação em nossa realidade concreta, e ao mesmo tempo imaginar possibilidades para além desta realidade.” ᖴEᗰᗰETOᑭIᗩ, portanto, não pretende ser uma ideia perfeita de futuro, que pode nunca chegar. Mas sim possibilidades de dar à vida processos que começam agora, neste momento, entre nós. Como disse Eduardo Galeano: “A utopia está lá no horizonte. Tomorrow is the world-launch of a project I have been working on at @alaf.global for the last 18 months: “2050 Books”, an anthology of short stories that imagines a future scenario where an ark of literature is launched to Mars, sparking a fight to preserve feminist voices. The book is a partnership between @alaf.global , @womenwhofutures and One Day in 2050 Org, and highlights new futurist voices from Latin America. I have written one of the stories and created a series of 96 AI collages (!) for the book that seek to explore the territory of symbols, opening a void for everyone to fill with the fuel of their own imagination. In my school, an entire floor was reserved for priests, off-limits to students. I studied at a Jesuit school, founded in 1886 as a boarding school for boys, where the famous Brazilian writer Carlos Drummond de Andrade entered in 1918, and which only began accepting female students in 1969. Anchieta is a grand building with neoclassical architecture and a Gothic-style chapel. In my time, it was a repressive school, although the stories of the previous generations were much worse. I suffered because of its Catholic-biased education, but at the same time I was deeply influenced by that ancient world, full of frills, adornments, and angels. The result? I don’t like religion, but I became delulu by its aesthetic. So much so that my first experiment with generative AI, in 2023, was Alma Mater, a project in which I use artificial intelligence to investigate what Catholic aesthetics would look like if the religion focused on women, instead of seeing them as subservient.
