When everything falls apart, the people who stand by you without flinching.. Thats your family waufwa? .
Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. It means you are stuck together forever waufwa? .
Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family olo ulupwa.. Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one.

We say we want to take Zambian talent to the world olo ati Zambia Ku Chalo. We preach it at every networking event, every Instagram live, every panel discussion about the âcreative economy.â We tell ourselves the problem is ama opportunity olo funding olo fye ama visas.
But what happens when a young Zambian creative.. one of our own actually does it?
Pantu right now, a Zambian videographer and creative, Shebo Mwala "Brizzo", is part of the B2K world tour. Yes, balyabene ba B2K umwaba Omarion. The early 2000s R&B icons. A global stage. A major production. And Brizzo isnât watching from the crowd.. Awe! heâs inside the machine, working, creating, representing..
And here in Zambia? Silence. Zeeee
Not trending. No headlines. Not even a ripple of kalya ka national pride. Just a few stories shared quietly among friends who happen to be paying attention.
Meanwhile, a leaked voice note, a fight at Decapo olo GD, a scandalous rumor olo fye a petty celebrity beef.. ninshi chapwa, that will dominate our timelines for a full week. We will share, comment, dissect and rage. We will make it national news. We will even call radio stations. We will turn a gossip drip into a flood.
But a young Zambian on a world tour? Crickets. Zeee
Letâs be honest with ourselves apa.. we donât actually celebrate success. We talk about celebrating it. But our collective attention is wired for dysfunction. Bad news is sticky. Gossip is currency. Scandal spreads faster than Wi-Fi yaaba starlink.
Elo that reveals something uncomfortable. We have become a culture that is more entertained by ama destruction than elevation. We will mourn what we donât have, but we canât be bothered to honor whatâs already breaking through.
Brizzoâs moment should be a blueprint. It should be an inspiration for every young videographer in Lusaka, Kitwe, Chingola, Livingstone etc.. proof that the border is not a ceiling. But how can it inspire when we donât even stop scrolling long enough to say, âWell done, muntu wandiâ?
This isnât about forcing ama hashtags. Itâs about reflection. If we canât celebrate a fellow young Zambian making global moves while itâs happening, then...
To Be Continued in the comments.
Lelo, I had the honor of taking part in the torch relay leading up to the KK Marathon tomorrow, April 28. We started from Embassy Park.. the final resting place of our first President, Dr. Kenneth Kaunda.. and ran all the way to his statue at Longacres Mall.
Every step was a reminder: freedom was not free. Unity was not automatic. Peace was not accidental. KK gave his entire life to build a Zambia rooted in love, justice, and one Zambia, one nation.
Why remember him this way? Because remembering is not just looking back.. it's choosing to carry forward what he stood for. The torch isn't just a symbol. It's a call. A call to be selfless, to serve, to forgive, to build and to never let division or despair win.
As we run tomorrow, let's honor KK not just with our feet, but with our actions.. by living kindness, loving our neighbor and protecting the peace he helped plant.

Forever in our hearts, KK. The legacy continues through us.

Ok Zoona God Is Good.
When I was just starting out, trying to find my way into this industry, I used to study these legends like my life depended on it.
Their music, their grind na success yabo.. it wasn't just entertainment to me. Yali ni proof. Proof that a boy like me from Chingola could dream big and actually make it.
Fast forward lelo⌠now I get to stand beside them. Not as a fan anymore, but as their peer. Elo every time I'm around them, it hits me all over again.. my dreams actually came true. God has been more than good to me. đđž
To every young artist reading this who feels like the road is too long or the door won't open.. don't stop.. awe. Keep studying. Keep believing. Keep showing up.
Your dreams are valid. And yes, it is possible.
2026 is our YEAR.

Epo tamulalala, take a moment to pray for your dreams.. the ones still unfolding and the ones just beginning to take shape.
But donât stop there. Aikona..
Pause and thank God for today. For the breath in your lungs, the lessons in your struggles and the quiet blessings you almost missed.
Gratitude and faith make a powerful pair waumfwa?
Trust the process, rest in His peace and wake up ready to chase what matters.
Youâre one day closer to everything youâre praying for. đ
Goodnight ba guy.. Na mailo ni day.
Umfweni..
Letâs be honest, as a young independent candidate, I donât have alot of money like the other candidates. But what I do have is a deep understanding of our community. I know that in Nchanga, K500 can be the difference between a kantemba staying closed or opening. It can be the difference between a child going to school or staying home. It can be the seed that grows into a thriving business.
We may not have millions to give away, but we believe in the power of sharing the little we have. Sometimes, itâs not about the amount.. itâs about showing up, showing that we care and saying, "I see you and I believe in your hustle." To the women who received what we could afford to give.. iyo nimbuto.. Go and multiply it! Your resilience is the true wealth of this constituency. đŞđžâ¤ď¸
