Ahead of the weekend, we bring you our second filmmaker Q&A, this time with Exmouth-based Sam McLoughlin, the man behind “The Breakwater”.
This film, set on the north Cornwall coast and made by local cast and crew, is the second of two films screening at Plymouth Arts Cinema on 1st March, from 2.30pm.
