Three simple takeaways that are applicable to everyone:
1. Knowing what you’re not good at is more important than knowing what you’re good at.
2. When building your brand, whether it be personal or business, the message has to be clear, direct and consistent.
3. Don’t be afraid to be assertive. Business is business, it’s nothing personal.
