A few key things that make all the difference when brewing 👇
• Rinse your filter first
Gets rid of papery taste + warms the Chemex
• Use freshly ground coffee
Medium-coarse grind works best for a clean, balanced cup
• Bloom your coffee for 30-45 seconds
Pour just enough water to saturate the grounds and let the coffee “wake up” 🌱
• Slow circular pours
Keeps extraction even and helps bring out those sweeter notes
• Don’t rush it
