We balanced the historic charm of No.1 Dale Street, a grade II listed building, with the vibrant character of Permit Room.
From the stunning Victorian ceiling to the curated mix of Bombay art and vintage treasures from India, every detail tells a story. And letâs not forget the beats â music is at the heart of it all with a DJ desk, a vintage jukebox, and hand-painted playlists.

For Flat Iron Brighton, timber panelling, oak floors and a marble bar set the tone downstairs - softened by light flooding in through skylights and staple hanging greenery.
Upstairs, smaller rooms offer a more intimate pace: vintage furniture, leather banquettes and views over Ship Street.

Mama Li, Canary Wharf - the newest home of the much-loved Cantonese kitchen known for its authentic flavours and heartfelt hospitality.
Working closely with founder Catherine Hua, we set out to bring her story to life, inspired by her Mother and her Hong Kong heritage.
Featuring authentic imported tiles, bespoke lantern-inspired lighting, and an interactive meat window that puts the theatre of cooking front and centre. Every detail celebrates tradition while giving it a fresh, contemporary edge.
Itâs been a joy to help shape a space that feels warm, vibrant and full of personality - right in the heart of a growing new community.
