— Post #SBLX weekend. Wow, is it really over? I had the opportunity of a lifetime to be a part of the NFL Source program, competing for contracts related to the Big Game in my city last weekend.
As a small woman- and minority-owned business owner, this is HUGE. I learned quite a few things about myself & running a business these past 10-11 months, including my capability of being included and recognized in these large rooms.
Idk how many times I cried to myself days leading up to these events 🤣 but I am SO proud of how far I’ve come. From home baking, to my first live television interview last month.. and to baking for SBLX?! “2021 Jayne” - the year I left my corporate job to bake full-time - is clapping so loud for me right now.

tira•mac•su® is my innovative twist to tiramisu - layers of macaron shells instead of classic ladyfinger cookies. i’ve received so much positive feedback from those who’ve tried this dessert, and it makes me happy knowing that i don’t need to throw out cracked/extra shells anymore.
i haven’t had the chance to make these lately, but when i do, i hope you enjoy your first taste!

— The last time we made Carrot Cake macarons was back in 2022! This year, we’re bringing them back bigger and better! Egg-shaped macarons filled with cream cheese ganache, homemade carrot cake with spices, and candied walnuts 🥕🐰
Preorders open Wednesday April 1 at 12pm (no this is not a joke!!! lol).
Macarons will be individually wrapped in clear bags. Enjoy within 2-3 days of pickup and store in the fridge overnight.
