Paulina is a champagne-obsessed sommelier and restaurant General Manager whose real talent lies in writing an itinerary, packing in a carry-on, and making city-specific Google maps to share with friends.
We’re sharing this guide as a resource for those who love to travel, those who may be looking to book their first trip overseas and for those who maybe can’t travel at this point in their lives but want to learn about new parts of the world and bring that inspiration into their home. We plan on monthly city/destination guides, a video Q&A and of course recipes that I discover and create.
