there are truly no words. This weekend always heals me in ways I need. As of yesterday I am 1 year alcohol free! It was a personal challenge to see if I could muscle it and I feel healthier and more motivated than ever before. It’s been a crazy busy year. Lots of changes. But all is good and I’m very grateful for life, family, friends, my body, my mind. The sun and moon.
I have lots of goals for this year. And lots of new adventures to work hard towards.

I love all weather. I moved from Michigan to enjoy life with Taylor, grew to love the desert landscape, but I also miss the snow and the cold quite a bit. Will be back there one day.
