🌱 We are +1 💫and excited to welcome @m___preis to the -ous-fam 💞 m preis is a sound explorer - aka Urška Preis (1992) also an intermedia artist, musician, composer, curator, and writer -, currently researching dreams, nightmares and other sleep disruptions. Their main instruments are acoustic and electric harp, with a tendency of extracting uncharacteristic sounds from them. They might scream. Their debut album “bare” was released by Kamizdat Records in autumn 2018 under moniker rouge-ah. Video credits @mir_raggamalji DANUBE REQUIEM - a hyperrealistic drama ist eine moderne Requiem-Form für Europas zweitgrößten Fluss. Ausgehend von ökofeministischen Diskursen entwickelt @natalie.assmann mit @m___preis , @50000phi333 und @noushin.redjaian eine klangbasierte Aufführung über das Leben und Sterben der Donau. Die Spieler*innen @talsson_vomdach , @kasparmichaela und @zerfix__ verhandeln die Biografie der Donau ebenso wie eigene Prägungen durch Religion, Gewalt und Zerstörung – als körperliche und historische Erfahrung. Von der Quelle über Wien bis zur ehemaligen Mündung der Donau folgt die Erzählung dem Flusslauf und entwirft eine performative Kartografie aus Erinnerungen, Verlust und widerständigen Gegenwartsspuren.
