The studio held another successful fall summit at the Phelps Hotel in Big Springs over labor day weekend. Long walks, talks with the spring, and the opening of college football season at the Big Springs Saloon.
Next Friday we will be hosting artist group M12 Studio for a book launch and listening session of their latest work “Landlines: San Luis Valley”
The LANDLINES Initiative documents 18 contributions from artists, scholars, poets, scientists, and musicians interpreting and reflecting on the spatial dynamics of the San Luis Valley. Weaving together poetry, fiction, research, reflections and photographs, alongside visual and sound artworks, the LANDLINES book embraces the voices and vibrations present in the SLV
