FEAST by @m.r___studio at @ricepudding91
my ultimate table spread with sculptures made from butter and cheese and fruit and bread and a big green pandan cake! all piled up on ceramic bowls and plates and hand built pieces.
beautiful florals by @rosie.flowa with a few flowers and fruit from my mum’s garden too! such a dream to work with rosie, thank you endlessly for giving my sculptures a life of their own for the evening, they’ve been dying to get all dressed up in orchids and daises and the most gorgeous flowers and berries I still can’t believe were real!
and a big thank you to the wonderful @ileggataround for taking these incredible photos so I can freeze this evening in time forever and carry it around in my pocket. Thank you for keeping me sane in the weeks leading up to this and for encouraging me to share my work with everyone and anyone who would listen!!

I’m in awe of you all and so in love with all of the people in my life who made the evening so perfect xx thank you for letting me go mad with the table spread, my dreams of butter sculptures and a big green cake have all come true!!!
kiln slumped glass, soft solder and freshwater pearls.
I had a lot of fun making this piece :) an experiment with making a mould for the glass out of pumice, a technique I learned from @melfordceramics while studying at @thelearningconnexion !
There’s still small flecks of pumice in the glass and I love the texture it created on the surface. I added wire and solder and couldn’t help but add a few freshwater pearls too
