One of things I was conscious of when starting M.A.D Creative Studio was that I stayed true to what is important to me, to not be solely driven by making money and that I work by the name of the studio to make a difference.
There are four purposes driving M.A.D Creative Studio:
✨ SUPPORTING FIRST NATIONS BUSINESSES
One way I have decided to support First Nations businesses is by offering my services for free to at least two businesses every year.

đź‘SUPPORTING WOMEN
Being a woman means so many things...
Being a woman tends to cost more money.
Being a woman generally means you earn less money over your life time.
According to the Australian Workplace Gender Equality Agency, as at November 2023, the gender pay gap is 12%.
So in an attempt to level the playing field at M.A.D Creative Studio, women in small business get 12% off specified services.
🌿BUILDING BIODIVERSITY
I am very fortunate to live on Djarra Country, in north central regional Victoria.
At @_5_acre_farm_ I am slowly building a biodiverse wonderland, that provides food for locals, including people, insects, bees and birds.
It will still be a while before the complete plan comes to fruition and M.A.D Creative Studio enables and supports this plan to come to life.
đźš’VOLUNTEERING
I joined the Taradale CFA in October 2019 to help support the community in the event of an emergency. My current roles include Firefighter and Community Safety Officer.
Working for myself provides me the freedom and flexibility to be a volunteer.
So when you engage M.A.D Creative Studio, you are not just getting some photos or a logo, you are helping to support and enable my volunteering.

I’m a lover of travel, an appreciator of good wine and food and a disliker of dishwashing.
A seeker of quiet moments, a thinker, a conscious consumer who enjoys the small things in life, a doggo and sheep Mumma.
I cherish time spent with family and friends, am a keen learner, an asker of questions, a champion of a customer service culture, and a volunteer firefighter.
I’m someone whose soul is fed by creativity.
Designing my own work/life balance enables me to continue my volunteer work in the community, my ongoing support of local, small and conscious businesses; and work towards the goal of becoming a carbon neutral business.
