DFS Academy Journey
In 2024, I decided to start DFS Academy on a small scale to test and refine the syllabus.
In 2025, we began conducting training programs for polytechnics, ADTEC, and CIAST, including Train-the-Trainer sessions and student training. The results and feedback were excellent.
In 2026, returning clients from ADTEC and CIAST came back for advanced-level training, while more new training requests continued to come in.
With zero marketing, we chose to let the quality of our work speak for itself. I would also like to sincerely thank everyone who trusted me and continued supporting this journey.
Last week, DFS x UGKL hosted the world's first MultiGP Global Qualifier of the season at UPM. The event was a huge success, and we even managed to stay dry despite the weather! A massive thank you to @vikibaarathi for organizing such a seamless race.
We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to our sponsors for their incredible support:
Dogcom – the best batteries in the game @dogcomericwang
HQProp – The best prop in the market @hqpropzhong
VCI – Powering us with the best motors. @mollywang_fpv
HDZero – The premier digital system for racing. @carl.dvm
RadioMaster – The gold standard for remotes.
Finally, a huge congratulations to all our winners!
We're thrilled to announce the arrival of our baby boy! While our initial plan was for a natural birth, after two unsuccessful induction attempts, we made the decision to proceed with a C-section. We're incredibly grateful that both mother and baby are safe and healthy. Our little one weighs 3.54kg.

From my past experience working in large corporations, I witnessed how senior management often abused their power to bully those below them. After going through this, I promised myself that if I ever owned my own company and built a team, I would not tolerate the 'boss' culture, but instead embrace true leadership. So, I made the decision to resign.
We then started our own company, growing from a two-man startup in a small condo to where we are today, with a full team. Today, for the first time, we had a slightly more upscale dining experience with the team, and it was heartwarming to see the smiles on everyone’s faces."
