Lysandre Châlon in the title role of Le nozze di Figaro Baritone Lysandre Châlon @lysandrechalon takes on the title role in a new production of Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro with Opéra national du Rhin @operadurhin . The production is conducted by Corinna Niemeyer @corinna.niemeyer and staged by Mathilda du Tillieul McNicol @tilda_dutm . He joins John Brancy @johnbrancy as Count Almaviva, Andreea Soare @andreeasoaresoprano as the Countess, Camille Chopin @camille.chopin as Susanna, and Juliette Mey @juliettemeyzzo as Cherubino in one of Mozart’s sharpest and most brilliant operas. The premiere is on 28 April 2026 in Strasbourg. Cantates de l’Avent”, under the direction of Sébastien Daucé. This programme brings together three cantatas by J. S. Bach – BWV 61, BWV 62 and BWV 36.
