I’ve been liking life more without this app. So that’s where you can find me. IRL Happy Resurrection Sunday!

Two days ago we turned the [blue] lights off at Shaw for the final time. I still haven’t fully grieved the loss that closing these doors means. But time heals all, this community is truly UNFORGETTABLE! 💙 Schedules will change, new clients will come but the bonds that were built are unbreakable. To the [shaw] community that was there 8+ years prior to my arrival & the one I helped cultivate thank you for welcoming me in with open arms and allowing me to grown as a leader and a person. I am grateful beyond words and am stronger because of you! 💙 Wow, To my team: the best I’ve ever had I’m not sure I’ll ever have all the words to describe all that you mean to me or how you have impacted me. With tears still falling, thank you for growing with me, challenging me, for the feedback, the smiles, the constant shakes, the ideas, answering my silly questions and creating a vibe and energy that is unmatched. You are the queens & kings I never knew I needed. My love for you runs deep, as we continue to transfer this energy we’ve given each other know that I will always be your cheerleader and advocate inside & outside of the [blue] lights. 💙#shawolidcore out😘

Still working, still learning, still growing.

Yesterday ended a 15 day [solidcore] streak I had going. I was attempting to beat my PR from last year of 19 days in a row. But as I get older I realize that part of self care is knowing your body, when you are tired and understanding what you can and can’t take. I wasn’t upset or disappointed but I knew that this just wasn’t going to be it. I was reminded of several things during this streak. 1. If you’re going to test your limits your nutrition is super important. 2. Rest & recovery is essential (spacing classes apart). P.S. to me, It’s more than doable and I will for sure beat the streak one day but today isn’t that day!💙

40 years ago today these two amazing humans said yes to doing life together. And boy have they done life; from living overseas, raising kids, health highs & lows, houses bought & sold, they did it together. To be a product of their love and commitment is one of my highest honors. I’ve been blessed to see them survive & thrive on this journey and am a better human because of it. So cheers to you David & Arwenthia! Know I love you more than words and actions could ever portray and that I see the example you have set and am always soaking up the love you have and give to each other.
