We said goodbye to Basil last week 💔 It happened so fast and we were definitely not prepared for it. He was a cat of the people, with a goofball personality that persisted until the end. But, most of all, he was our best friend. If you ever said something nice about him on social media, you can be sure I told him bc I told him everything. Thank you for the love you all showed him in person and from afar 🫶🏻😽
We are entering family photo season...I am so excited. I can honestly say I never expected to love photographing families and kids so much but oh my gosh it's become one of my favorite things to do. And when Easter approaches, I know it's time again for fun outdoor sessions of playtime. I'm sure it has something to do with reconnecting with my own inner child 😉
Ya know how they say the days are long and the years are short? I feel like on a wedding day the seconds are long and the hours are short. It's wild how much celebration gets packed into one day. It's no wonder most couples feel like the day wasn't long enough or catch some post-wedding blues. No matter how much relief comes with not having to plan anything anymore, it's hard to not feel weepy when this big fun celebration that you've been planning for a year or more is all of a sudden here and gone. I know I'm partial given I love gardening and flowers, but I think it's well worth adding the English bluebell season to your must see list. It truly takes the breath away seeing so many of these beauties multiplied in the woods 🤍
