Do you remember your childhood dreams? If you ask my 11 year old self, she had a very clear vision haha 🛺💨 (ad/anzeige) It all started in 2010. Four weeks backpacking in Sri Lanka with my parents and so many experiences unlike anything I knew back home. It was then that I decided that driving my own TukTuk would be the coolest thing ever. And that dream stuck with me for 15 years. Until this year, it finally came true. Four weeks, one little red TukTuk and no real plan 🌞 Loud, bumpy, only 40km/h and absolutely perfect. Small enough to dive headfirst into the chaos, just enough space for all our stuff, shelter when it rains, front row seats when seeing wild elephants and the option to open the roof when the sun’s out. That little thing made everything possible. To slow down, connect and actually experience the places we passed through instead of just driving by. Ever wished you could feel like a kid again? This trip made it happen 👇🏼 [ad / anzeige] 20 years after roadtripping through Norway with my family, I was back. 7 days, 1 SUV + a rooftop tent, 1200 km of driving and some of the most breathtaking landscapes we’ve ever seen. A week full of little adventures, spontaneous stops and cozy camping nights. And suddenly, a feeling I hadn’t felt in a while: carefree travel. No stressful planning, no worries. Just sitting in the car, looking out the window and enjoying every moment. Everything was already taken care of at the Norway Nomads Trip: packing lists, airport pick-up, a food package and a detailed roadbook with routes, highlights and pre-booked camping spots. All I had to do was hop in, hit the road and enjoy it all. It was the perfect mix of comfort and adventure, at exactly the pace I wanted (just like being a kid again but better haha) I can’t recommend it enough.
