As skateboarding was die- ing these little magazines were the heartbeat of skating backyard ramp ditches and pools just letting everyone know what was going on in there area. A great Quote from Billy Ruff in Eric’s trip to Delmar California (Skating can happen anywhere, but the desire has to be alongside!)
