On average each American throws away 81 lbs of textiles every year. This amounts to 26 billion pounds of textile waste in the United States alone. My designs are handmade in my studio, utilizing only second hand and vintage fabrics in an attempt to reduce textile waste, making each one truly one-of-a-kind. Clothing is meant to be self-expressive, size-inclusive and intentionally made to be worn, re-worn and worn again. Not everything needs to be new to be cool or useful, give old textiles a chance to change!!
