“Growing up, music was just part of life — every birthday, every gathering, someone would start jamming, and the rest of us would jump in,” says Microdose star @lungislabb .
“I always wanted to bring that into my surfing, have my brothers involved in the projects I do. We’re always chasing the perfect song for a surf clip, something that just fits.”
“But for this, we made the music fit the surfing, not the other way around.”
This year’s Microdose was live scored in Mullumbimby by Lungi’s brothers, Jarulah and Banahm, Rick Snowden, and Tim Commandeur (drummer for Royel Otis, Genesis Owusu and PNAU).
