Last summer we performed this theater show 'An Ode To Flow' in Eindhoven for @flowmies . 🔥❤️🔥 We did an half hour flow arts show in a theater with lots of flow arts, dance, tricks, and effects. I was so happy to stand together again with these talented and strong women🤩

This was my favorite vacation so far with @allertisbaas , this is Croatia! 😍 clear water, rocky surroundings, caves, waterfalls and wildlife🦜🐢🐳💚. What do you want more? Ah yes hoops ofcorse. We were hiking with my hoops to get here, and chose the shorter but harder route and climb on steep slopes our way back (with hoops). That was quite an efford, despite all the weird looks we got I was so happy I got my rings when we arrived at this spot 😄 isn't it beautifull?
What's your favorite vacation? Not sure were to go next.

Some pictures of my solo fire show from 2 weeks ago at @tweiduusterbrinkfestival 🤩🔥🔥🔥🤩. What an lovely festival and audience🥰 I always enjoy the most when I get the chance to show my own creation I put years of work into.
It is super intense but I loved this so much, it is an 15 min show with besides my multi 3 fire hoop choreo also 5 other flow props used. Im only not doing my poi choreo in this show, I feel 20 minutes is too much for solo choreo show. What do you think about that? Im curious let me know 😊

My progress so far, since a month Im practicing almost every day a bit and now I can stand as straight as I can for 14 seconds. Couldnt believe a couple of years ago I would be able to do this because of my wrist injury that took forever! Since september last year I started slow but steady and made my wrist strong and flexible.
Im om a holiday now in croatia with my love @allertisbaas and wauw this country is sooo beautiful. The mountains, rivers, waterfalls, sea, animals, plants, we've seen many idealic places you would only imagine in fantasy movies. We've been hiking, climbing, kayaking and swimming a lot and I would def recommend. Ill share some in my stories and a nice compilation when im back home. 😊
