As previously mention there is an unofficial 2nd part to the mix I did for my friend @zaffa.records ❤️🤲❤️🤲❤️ This week we ll meet in Madrid for my friends @isaac.arga @cadadiaunfoton for their @carambox_podcast Here is the link: /qiUhinrZZlmqXNuA2k This mix stems from a gig in Madrid early last year when both of them created a beautiful energy next to the booth dancing . You always play for people, and you always watch out how the room reacts to every new track and having pockets of vibrant energy all across the room that you try to reach and connect until everyone erupts! They have reached out afterwards with the kindest words and last week or so asked if I would do a mix for them. So with a positive beat in my heart I wanted to meet their kindness with a deep and soulful selection of tunes that are always on my mind. The inspiration goes like a spiral, this way and that way, always trying to connect past, present and future of my thoughts and feelings. Creating a narrative how it’s all interconnected and the different aspects of what tickles me. I think this is a wonderful continuation of my work for @zaffa.records and should be listened after each other if you can 🤗😇🤝🌹🤲 Both mixes are all vinyl, all love and tunes dear to@my heart. I ve released this in 2017 and it’s arguably my biggest track and certainly the one people complimented me about the most over the years and I am still in disbelief every time i see a video of somebody playing it. I am probably not lying when I say it took me until recently to have enough distance between the creation of it and now to have proper fun playing it without feeling a lot of stress and anxiety 🤣🤣🤣 It is what it is, where others hear music you hear the what ifs . Things I could easily tolerate in other peoples music or often even love a track because of its mistakes make it sometimes really hard to confidently play my tunes in my sets. But I guess it was alright all along ❤️ Big shout out to @julesdelacourgette !! It’s time we start cooking again !!!

The rudest truth is of course that you can spend ages and forever busting your balls over a track , trying to make things right, arranging, mixing , asking friends to help out, crying, screaming, going crazy and get a Luke warm response and then you do a couple of edits and everybody is patting you on the back 😭😭😭 Make it make sense 🤯 It’s fine.
