‘of, course’ at @lamarzoccosea was the exact birthday meal we wished for and made happen to celebrate market stall turning one at TPY. . 3-course breakfast with 3 of our blends. Cups were all emptied but our heart is more than full. Everything this morning was wholesome. Nothing fancy throughout though. We ate bread, drank some coffee and casually talked about the reads that intrigued us. The conversation just flew naturally. This is exactly the perspective we would like to share. Coffee brings comfort. Everyday hustle can be a bit much sometimes. Perhaps that bit of joy we derive from the morning cup makes everything easier and sets a better tone for the rest of the day. . highlights/ .tuna sandwich and DELI DREAM. GO TRY IT EVERYONE. deli dream is our breakfast blend for a reason. .have you heard of GINZA-MUJI BOOKS? .a meal really brings people together. a few slabs of bread and sips of coffee, we were not strangers anymore. so much good energy. .light roast espresso goes well with Greenfields milk. Tidying the menu for ‘of, course’ this Saturday at La Marzocco, we were made to slow down and take a memory lane down how all these blends came about. That’s surprisingly sentimental. We created deli dream to pair with sandwich and the breakfast fantasy is becoming vividly real soon? anyways, please feel free to go through this note. To know us and our blend a bit better. Something new on shelves this week. . coffee /Bolivian pacamara fully washed. Full of dark fruits, rock sugar sweetness along the way and that syrupy mouthfeel, can’t be better. /a Java varietal from Finca Monteverde, Colombia. Underwater anaerobic natural. sounds a lot but so clean, so juicy. Rose water on first sip. Gradually peachy, strawberries and melon too! Delicious. /chilli bourbon in the house guys! One anaerobic natural that’s bright, dried fruit focused then another one of anaerobic washed is subtle but a good bodied sweet cup. Take it slow and you find the beauty in it. . pantry/ Hi friends @addictives.sg ! Versatile condiments that work magic at your kitchen. Tingling chilli oil, we just dip with bread and rice cracker. That’s a deep deep mouthful. So much aromatics. Furikake, good texture , great combination of flavours. Rice, noodle, dumplings and we want to sprinkle these crunchy bits on the soft buttery omelette too! Oh, say less about the XO clam. Rich and deep yet balanced with all the umami oozing in every spoonful. Available for grabs at market stall only.

It’s our first birthday at the market. We realised we have spent so much time with the neighbours week in week out just feel. Chatting across the alley, feeding them our new blend or experimental roasts, getting fed our favorite fish. Wouldn’t trade these seemingly trivial but never insignificant times for anything. We put together a string of mini events and walk-in specials just for this month. Residents, friends, customers, neighbours or anyone who just feels like trying our coffee are welcome. We seek for your understanding as it might feel a tad chaotic during the event when the crowd builds up (being optimistic that response is great). It’s also our first time but let’s still try!

Hello, this is an elaborate post. We are making announcement about 4 things! First of all, we turned one in the month of April! It has been a magical 12 months since stepping into unit 01-68. We have felt stress, fatigue but also love and support. The residents-turned-friends, neighbours-turned-family and everyone who has been cheering us on since the start is the sweetest fuel. We figured this milestone deserves some fun and that brings us to the next part! . Anniversary goods! In the name of celebration, we came up with a BIRTHDAY TOTE in 3 colours! Yellow for the bright and sunny days. White for the calming grocery haul. Blue is a bonus piece as we just like it. . Up next we have an April’s special. Blends have been our core offerings. They are joyful. They are versatile. Basically a harmony of beautiful notes in one cup. You can have dreamy and delicate or extraordinary and elaborate at the same time. Our anniversary blend, MARKET MUSE is vibrant like a morning person meandering through fruit stalls, so rejuvenated by the sweet fragrance all around. Stone fruits. Citrus. Yet, adequately bold with a sense of comfort found in warm oat milk drizzled with maple syrup. . We did a little extra and put together an anniversary bundle of 3 blends, a mug and birthday tote! At our cozy TPY space, we dedicated some corners for curated cans, bottles and sometimes jars alongside our coffee beans. The selection is petite but always changing. Here’s some inventory updates before we look at each other and wonder how it’s March already. . First off, a few new bottles of extra virgin olive oils landed and we had so much fun tasting them before sharing with you. It’s all-Italian line up with each of them bursting with character, aroma, layers of acidity and herbs, all sorts of sensational pepperiness. Gaudenzi classe 24, of Borgiana mono cultivar for example, fills our nose with lemon skin and malics then on tongue it’s so syrupy and has such vibrant note of grapes. Another bottle, Marcorizzo, of mono cultivar rotondella is such a joyful one. Citrus, raisins, white florals, berries and all smiles. We can go on but you have to experience it. Each of them is so uniquely gorgeous. Grateful for @olivegroves.sg . Feel free to bring your own bread! . On top of @aderia_retro ’s stash, you can find selected pieces of tasting cups by @loveramics at market stall now. Currently stocking embossed tasting cups (200ml and 250ml) in very limited quantities. Our dream plan on lunar new year. Cook up something cozy for loved one or loved ones. That loved one could be just yourself. It’s a table of honest dishes we want to comfortably devour. No navigation of humans’ feelings. No mindful exchange of words. To make this feast even more wholesome, here’s something you can consider stocking at your pantry. . *available at market stall, while stocks last. . house made chilli crunch by @liulangmian_sg / Chef Hubert says it pairs well with rice, noodle and we love a scrambled egg toast topped with the crunch. Decadence defined. . life-saving fish broth pack by @tangkaykeezichar / Say no more and just grab at least 5. Once you start cooking with it, you can’t help but wanting more. Paofan, bihun soup, and more. Please check with Chef Debbie her favourite recipe with the broth too! Do note that, preorder is required for this item. If keen, please DM us before sat for pick ups on Sunday. . extra virgin olive oil sourced by @olivegroves.sg / a bit of bummer as we are left with one bottle of Giovanni Batta. It’s an experimental blend. Very fruit forward with longan and lychee fragrance, hint of tea as well. The refreshing peppery kick that comes after enlightens everything. Our top pick, banana bread. . canned fish curated by @fossaprovisions / whether you are a rice person or wheathead, there’s something up your alley. Kinoya’s tuna mayo is flying off the shelf. So rich. So satisfying. Also, we once made a cold noodle dish topped with just 5 pieces of smoked squid in amanohashidate’s can. The flavours are unbelievingly deep. We are still lingering in the umami of that bowl. For real. . Back to coffee business, a new Ethiopian washed will be available at market stall. White floral throughout, think a cup of chrysanthemum tea. Clean and comforting with hint of bergamot and malics. Somehow cny means chrysanthemum to us. Very likely due to a childhood filled with packet drinks. . Come check out the goods and we happily take CDC voucher too!

It’s season of love. We look at it more than a single day of talking love and gifting gifts. Perhaps one of a good time to act on all the gratitude we never muster the courage to show on a usually fine but ordinary day. Think of your best friend, your family, your buddy to go through all sorts of weird and unimaginable adventure together.
