Fun fact: Christopher Nolan and I both shot tense thriller films in Princeton in 2022. They let folks watch their set. Behind the scenes of Oppenheimer was dreamlike and the movie is... reality. Prepare to be captivated by the intersection of science, ethics, and humanity. Thank you, Mr. Nolan.
We found some leftover takeout boxes from when we pivoted the restaurants into 'to go' mode back in 2020. What a journey this has been, and continues to be. Unique and unforgettable.
The restaurant industry is a very beautiful thing and this has been deeper than getting an education and making a film. My Dad wisely told me before all of this began: when you make a movie, the goal is to finish and you do that... whereas the goal of a restaurant is quite the opposite: you never want it to end.
I'll write and express more about this in the ways I know how, so that you understand the feeling. I will.
