@fimhardenduro round 2 in Portugal this past weekend! My 2nd ever international event and I am happy with my progress! After round 1, I knew what to expect. Day 1: DNF Day 2: P5 juniors and P20 overall Day 3: P4 juniors and P16 overall Day 3 was one of my best days of racing ever. I had a battle all day for 3rd in juniors and unfortunately lost it on the last lap but still very happy to come home in 4th Junior and earn valuable points for the championship! That is the end of our three week visit to Europe! A massive thank you to my awesome team @trademore_sherco_racing for providing me with this opportunity and I am so excited for the remainder of the season! @kznracing round 2 this past weekend! Absolutely amazing track and perfect conditions. We did the two moto format. Both heats were just over an hour long and super intense. First moto: P1 overall and clas Moto 2: P2 overall and class Overall: P2 for the day Super happy with my riding and fitness and managed to stick my wheel up there with @bradcox34 for most of the day! @theroofofafrica 2025 is in the books! One of the best experiences in my whole riding career! With the roof being part of the @fimhardenduro championship, some of the biggest names in the sport were racing! Time trial was decent. I managed to get P12 overall which put me in a good start position for Friday! Friday was one of the best days I have ever had on a bike. I rode hard in the morning and managed to catch the front guys and stuck with them all day. I ended the day in P3 overall for gold! Saturday was a big day for me. I started 3rd and knew the big boys were pushing to catch us. I made a few mistakes which allowed them to catch but a big group formed and I stayed in the group for the first bit of the day. After DSP, the group split up and it was @mattstevens.43 and myself who rode and finished the day together 👊🏻 After 3 days of riding, I am super proud to say I finished the 2025 Roof of Africa in 9th place in the gold class! Massive thanks to @husqvarnaza for all the help this year!
