As a freelancer with ADHD, I’m used to struggle a lot with getting up early, building momentum, and creating that kind of pressure I need to actually start.
So a few weeks ago I made myself a challenge: go for a run and train first thing in the morning, right after waking up.
And honestly… it changed everything so far.
It gives me structure. It creates that positive stress I was missing.
Like a signal to my brain: “we’re already in motion, let’s keep going.”
I know not every day will look like this. And that’s fine.
But I’m trying to stick with this mindset and routine as long as I can.
Creating this video was like a manifestation for myself and
maybe your sign to go for a run tomorrow morning.

25 times around the sun. 9,131 days of life.
25 summers. 25 winters. 25 falls. 25 springs.
It feels surreal how fast time moves when you grow up.
I’ve seen a lot, felt a lot, and grown in ways I never expected.
And when I look back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
Still, there’s so much more I want to experience and achieve.
One thing I’ve learned that changed everything:
Movement is medicine.
The results and progress gives me motivation, but the practice itself gives me clarity and peace.
Trying new things, new sports, new challenges.
That’s what keeps my mind steady.
We’re all wired differently.
And the only way to figure out what works is to keep experimenting and stay curious like a kid, unafraid to fail.
And yet, I often overthink.
Time, purpose, mortality.
The fragility of life it can be a lot.
But I’m learning to come back to the present.
To breathe.
To live this moment fully.
I’m deeply grateful for the people in my life,
and the chances I’ve had to grow, fall and get back up.
I just like to drink coffee before editing 🤷🏼‍♂️
