Talking about the origins of our film Hāfu and how director/writer @jwolff_lens created the story. Inspired by my experiences growing up half Japanese. It’s been beautiful to hear how the story resonates with so many of all backgrounds. The most personal truly become universal
Three degrees in piano performance taught me a lot about being an artist but also the work ethic needed to keep going. We have to keep going, keep creating. Artists are the canaries in the coal mines and we need art more than ever in this crazy world. Let’s keep telling stories, let’s keep playing music. AI cannot replace the human condition ❤️
