Improvisation using 4 tonal centres. I found this a few years ago but never practised it much, then saw the concepg again in a super good pair of good videos by jhighlandkeys that broke this down. Looking forward to more of this.

Warts and all. It feels lke a bit of a stretch calling Four a bebop tune. Playing at 70%, this is the version from Workin'. Tried to articulate a bit less aggressively today.
Playing bebop heads as etudes to get more.comfortable on the flute - here's Donna Lee at 50% speed. I'm going to work on my articulation soon, it's kinda choppy.
