Once upon a time, back in May 2019, my life was very different from how it is now. Five years ago, I was struggling with depression, severe anxiety, loneliness, and low self-esteem. However, today, I am filled with self-love, taking better care of my health, staying active, and working on building and boosting my confidence. I feel much better about myself and I am very lucky to be surrounded by supportive friends, family, and of course, my boyfriend @willcab who inspires me everyday to become a better version of myself. This transformation is a result of my decision to take charge of my life and make positive changes. Although I am proud of the progress I have made, I recognize that my journey is not yet complete. I am still writing my story, and I am excited to see what the future holds.
