Inspiration was drawn from unreflected and obedient lifestyles that people adopt, mirroring a broader culture of conformity that concerns me especially in its casual manner. Surrendering to routines like puppets, blinded by conformity.
Each look presents a different kind of puppet, as a visual metaphor. Looking at animaI conditioning as a means of oppression. drawing parallels between human and animal submission, and integrating these ideas into the silhouettes, materials, and styling.
