Fishing for Arguments
"Not much is left today of what was once Italy's largest fishing fleet in Mazara del Vallo in south-western Sicily. The film looks at the tension between stricter EU environmental protection regulations, the opinion of a marine biologist, an environmentalist and that of the fishermen, who actually just try to survive."

"If my Lusatia is no longer Sorbian, then I'll riot!" - is the maxim of two young Sorbians, Mira and Luka. The two friends are accompanied as they produce a short film, which seeks to address queer topics in their supposedly conservative Sorbian community. Between the dying Sorbian language and queer-hostile voices in their environment, Mira and Luka search for their place in their own home.
