For this set i combined patinated architectural bronze and organic 935 silver. Formed through extreme heat and differential contraction of bronze-infused ceramics, each object carries a singular surface that accumulates with wear. The prototyping follows the ancient method of molybdomaty and is also the conceptual starting point of each piece: the uncontrollable contraction of ceramic forms under extreme firing temperatures produces craquelés that cannot be repeated.
