Said goodbye to our family’s lake house in Missouri as 2025 came to a close, and in the process sifted through much of my family’s history piece by piece. Got me thinkin about the energy stored up in our objects, our spaces, our memories, and how I can carry that with me each day.
We are proud to have collaborated with noted artist William Tyler Morgan on the construction of his adobe installation this fall. Featured as part of the Joshua Tree Triennial, this installation uses traditional earthen construction as a frame to reconsider measurement, organization, and digital connectivity. Specific thanks go to Lance Gerber and his remarkable photography.
Lucy got married in Pioneertown wearing the Heather - dress and in her words, “people kept saying they’d never seen anything like it.”
She walked in feeling overwhelmed by the wedding planning process, wanting to stay true to herself but unsure how to avoid all the conventional expectations. She had a few dresses picked out from browsing online, but when her cousin pulled the Heather off the rack, everything shifted.
“The moment I tried it on, It felt like my dress. Yanique saw in my face that it was the dress too.”
Western bohemian vibes, handcrafted lace, Pioneertown sunsets. Congrats Lucy.

We designed our own unique brick molds, made adobe bricks and mixed our own earthen mortar, and finally built a double wythe masonry wall system. Thanks for your time and passion in supporting this course and the regenerative movement at large!
Sam is not only the love of my life but also the sweetest and most dreamy smooch-bagel of all time. This home and life we’ve built together is more healing and fulfilling than I ever could have dreamed. One month from today we get to celebrate this life we’ve built and look forward to all we get to do down the line. I’m so proud of us!
A very chaotic wknd that—despite food poisoning, strep, and bed bugs (?)— felt like a dream from start to finish. Words can’t describe the love I have for these besties of mine!! Club Lucy Forever!!!!!!💋
