I haven't introduced myself on here for a while and as it's the start of a new year I thought I would say hi! My name is Lucy and I'm the creative force, behind Lucy Jayne Makeup and @lucy_jayne_website_designs
At my day job now I have the pleasure of meeting lovely women and making them look and feel beautiful for one of their most special days (ever!) and I love every minute of it. For me, what I do is so much more than just a job. It's something I picture myself doing for years to come because it allows me to be an artist, and I honestly couldn't imagine doing anything else. My approach is all about enhancing what’s already there, so you still feel like yourself — just that little bit more polished and confident on your wedding day.
When I’m not with my brides, I’m usually with my two little ones, enjoying slow mornings with a cup of tea or soaking up as much sunshine as possible ☀️
I also run a website design business, working with other creatives to help them feel confident in their online presence — something I’m just as passionate about.
On the morning of your wedding, I’m there not just for your makeup, but to bring a calm, relaxed energy to your day — making sure everything feels easy, enjoyable, and completely stress-free.

This is a small, relaxed 1:1 session where I’ll walk you through exactly how I create my bridal looks — from skin prep right through to the finished result. It’s very much a “come and learn with me” experience, where you can ask questions, take notes, and build your confidence at your own pace.
