If you visited the @themuseumofmodernart website this month, you’d have seen this image of the amazing @ingridsilva on their home page, introducing the theme of shadows for this months #momaphotoclub . It’s such a honor to be featured on their photo club page, home page and newsletter. Thank you to both #MoMA and Ingrid for this amazing opportunity. . This image shows the incredible #ingridsilva , on point, halfway up a water tower ladder, on a rooftop in #hellskitchen . . We were sitting waiting for the right light. Ingrid and I watched the sun slowly approach the NJ horizon, when suddenly the very last beams of light of the day bounced off a skyscraper giving us this beautiful silhouette! . There are few times that I’ve taken a photo, and just known with full confidence that I could stop there, and be completely content with what I’d photographed. This was one of those very few times. Which is lucky, as the light didn't stay like that long! . ‘Dancing With The Stars’ is available as a print exclusively from @azartgallery and is part of my Backwards and in High Heels collection. . . #azartgallery #lucindagrange #adventure #architecture #climbing #exklusive_shot #exploreeverything #fartoodope #fatalframes #moodygrams #nikon #nikontop_ #ontheroofs #outsidethelines #photooftheday #skyline #shotaward #streetshot #urbex #urbexextreme #viewfromabove #NYC #edgygrams #newyorkcity

‘Ladder’ Taking it back to my Northern bridge climbing roots; looking down the ladder that runs almost the entire height of the South tower of Newport Bridge, a lift bridge in Middlesbrough. I find Newport Bridge, the views from it and around it inspiring. And I’m not the only one, the opening scenes in the original Blade Runner movie were inspired by the same skyline, directed by Ridley Scott, a fellow @thenorthernart alumni. Know as CCAD in the years Scott and I graduated from there. #lucindagrange #yorkopenstudios #yos #thenorthernart #middlesbrough

‘Inside London Bridge’ 2013 Not to be mistaken for Tower Bridge. This, along with other previously seen, and never-seen-before works will be exhibited and available at @yorkopenstudios Venue 106, 18-19 and 25-26th of April 2026. Massive thanks to @the_edgeworker for this write up about this piece; ‘Lucinda Grange explores the limits of the built environment, accessing places and spaces that are for most unseen, hidden or simply out-of-bounds. She frequently delves below the city exploring and documenting lost rivers and infrastructures such as abandoned subway stations and labyrinth sewage systems. Grange’s photograph Inside London Bridge was taken quite literally inside the hollow structure that hangs from the underside of London Bridge. Grange says ‘At one point in time, for those with the knowledge, it was possible to get into these tunnels. Once inside, it really was easy to forget that we were essentially hanging from the underside of one of the busiest bridges along the Thames. The tunnel felt submerged and completely secluded. The only reminder that this was indeed a bridge was when we came across the odd gantry cutting through the tunnels, leading us out under the bridge, then back into the next tunnel.’’ This image was debuted at the @wearelondonmuseum exhibition ‘Bridge’ in 2014, and I’m excited to show it in York, alongside the UK debut of @sketchy_robot , also showing at Venue 106. #YOS #yorkopenstudios #londonbridge #lucindagrange

‘London Calling’ 2015 One of a kind artist proof 24x16” ChromaLuxe Aluminium metal print Up for grabs at tonight’s charity ball by @52broadway hosted at @york_pavilion_hotel raising money for @cr_uk . This is the view from the top of South Bank Tower, known as Kings Reach Tower until 2013. At the time of taking this, the building, a 111m / 30 story structure, had been abandoned for years. Climbing a couple of stories up on the outside of the tower, we found our way in, and continued up the remaining 28 floors via the staircase. From the top, it felt like we could see all of London. What an amazing place to make into our home, even if just for one night. This print is made by infusing dyes into the specially coated Aluminium and is made in the UK, from recycled materials. This once of a kind artist proof is incredibly hard wearing, waterproof, robust, scuff resistant, light weight and is easy to hang, no framing needed. Fabrication @digitalab This image debuted at the @wearelondonmuseum , has since been exhibited in NYC and Miami, published widely, and will next be on display in the winners home via this amazing event! It’s an honor to have a piece up for grabs tonight, and I couldn’t be prouder to call the ladies at 52 Broadway my friends. Good luck tonight!! 💪💪🤞🤞 #52broadway #charityball #charitygala #cancerreasearch #fundraising #london #skyscraper #lucindagrange
