This week, I had a cake order, and decided to have a little fun by making this kaki almond gf cake, topped with a kumquat and thyme marmalade and homemade vanilla whipped cream; such fun to make and decorate, as I thought, I love making cakes the most 🫠✨
Christmas Eve treat aka a coffee and chocolate cake base, with malted milk whipped cream and homemade hazelnut praliné - hands down the best cake i’ve made so far (and i’ve made a lot, this one made the diff), recipe from Ottolenghi’s test kitchen (with less less sugar)
absolute bomb gluten free blueberry almond cake i made a few weeks ago - special mention for the homemade blueberry jam i stuffed the cake with to make it as blueberry-loaded as possible; really freaking good 🫐

delicious cacao espresso sponge cake, with a kinako/black sesame whipped cream and fresh strawberries, delicious!
(ps amazed by the sponge cake, it was so moist and fluffy, honestly you would never be able to tell its gf!!!)
